How we deliver

Gnosis Engineering administers contracts through a purpose built contract administration platform, developed by our related entity Gnosis Limited in New Zealand. It is our delivery tool, not a system our clients have to adopt, licence, integrate or maintain, and it is included in our rates at no additional cost.
Every contract binds to its standard form at setup, AS 4000 by state, so the terminology, the working day calendar, the tax treatment and the retention rules follow your contract rather than a generic template. Progress claims certify cumulatively against the schedule of rates with over claims flagged and the evidence beside them. Variation Orders are clause tagged, priced against scheduled rates and routed through delegation gates. Notices, RFIs, non conformance reports and transmittals are numbered automatically with every statutory clock counted. The programme imports from MS Project XML or Primavera XER, so claims can be checked against what was meant to be built.
Two things matter most to a client.
Your contractor and your team join at no charge, on a portal scoped so each party sees only their own record.
And where we are appointed mid contract, your existing registers import as history, so the cumulative maths is right from day one without anyone retyping a claim.
The record and the decision cannot drift apart, and every project record stays exportable in full, in open formats, at any time and on completion.
