Building the portfolio

Gnosis Engineering Pty Ltd was incorporated in 2026 and is actively tendering across Queensland. Rather than publish a project list we cannot yet stand behind, this page sets out honestly where the practice is, what we are pursuing, and what we can show you today.

Project profiles will be published here as engagements complete and as client consent allows.

What we are pursuing now

Gnosis Engineering currently has live submissions and prequalification applications across several categories of Queensland infrastructure work:

  • 01Superintendency and contract administration for local government road and water infrastructure contracts
  • 02Project management services for water main renewal and civil works delivery
  • 03Design and technical advisory panels with regional and city councils
  • 04Prequalified supplier registers for engineering, project management and professional services
  • 05State government delivery panels for transport infrastructure

We do not name live procurements. Most tender conditions restrict disclosure of participation, and we hold to that.

Governance and management documentation

The systems that sit behind every engagement, documented and issued under version control: our Work Health and Safety Policy, WHS Management System, Quality Assurance and Risk Management Statement, and Schedule of Rates. Available on request.

Gnosis Engineering runs on its own internal management systems, documented, version controlled and applied on every engagement rather than written once and shelved. They are provided in full for client evaluation on request.

The delivery platform

The contract administration platform we run every engagement on. We can walk you through a live contract before you appoint us, and show you exactly how your claims, variations and notices would be handled.

Track record

Delivery record behind the practice

Gnosis Engineering is a new company. The delivery experience behind it is not.

The practice is led by a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland with more than 27 years across local government, state road authorities and private industry in Australia and New Zealand, including a Principal Engineer role with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, senior infrastructure delivery with the New Zealand Transport Agency, and director level oversight of construction programmes exceeding $80 million per year.

Where that experience is relied on in a submission, we say plainly that it was delivered by our Principal in a prior role, and that the same individual performs the services. We do not present prior employers' projects as company projects.
